6.4 Back-to-base project implementation

If the disaster site can be repaired, then this work should be commissioned and monitored by the Back to Base Team without delay.

If the decision is taken to choose new premises, then the equipping and preparation of these new premises is the task of the Back to Base Team. Other company staff and external contractors can be co-opted into the Back to Base Team as appropriate, during the project.
