4.7 Determining Appropriate Phasing

Business unit managers should be consulted to ensure that the re-start scheduling for IT applications, and other recovery resources, meets the requirements of the business. Inter-dependencies between computer applications sometimes dictates the sequence in which they are re-started. Business unit recovery team leaders must be kept informed about such issues during BC plan development.
