6.1 Implementing the Recovery Environment

The recovery environment includes the recovery desk accommodation, I.T. and communications requirements and the recovery site infrastructure. This work is a project in itself and it should be driven by the technical departments. The recovery infrastructure must be designed and implemented by professional IT staff, who have appropriate knowledge and experience.
