8.3 Monitoring and Controlling Functions of the Contingency Planning Committee

The committee will meet occasionally to set test dates, to authorise changes to the bc plans and to ensure that the recovery philosophy and strategy remain relevant to the needs of the organisation.

The committee may also initiate changes to the bc plans, if necessary.
