3.1 Identification of Threats to Business Operations


Primary threats, which might lead to the disruption of normal business operations, include fire, flood, loss of electrical power, loss or contamination of water supply, loss of communications, staff sickness, disruption of public transport. Primary threats might also include earthquake, tidal wave, computer software failure or corruption, cyber-attack, theft, political unrest, hostile invasion of country or state.
